The NCAA has denied Texas Tech quarterback Brendan Sorsby's request for reinstatement, putting his lawsuit against the NCAA seeking an injunction for his eligibility for the 2026 season into further focus.

What's really bad is the case is being heard in Lubbuck Texas. No way in hell is a judge going to rule against Sorsby when he'll be huge to the team if he can play.
If the NCAA loses this one, they will have to allow performance enhancing drugs since those are addicting as well and the same excuse can be used.
NCAA has very little power these days compared to back in the day.
