I think it has to do with pitching props and no parlays

Legal Books in the states have already been increasingly slashing prop limits on customers

So they probably welcome even more limitations

These books are so greedy now they have completely totally taken the fun out of it for all types of bettors

un-regulated will be seeing more & more players returning
