It really is quite incredible. He's been doing it for decades entertaining posters and putting up with crap.
He's very thick skinned.

Yes we need more quality rather than quantity out of him QL I agree, but he'll never take anyone's advice. So he stays the same forever. He's like the "unchangeable" homeless man in the streets who will never get back on his feet.
