I don’t think that Franklin is responsible for destroying careers, but I do think that the Penn State quarterbacks under Franklin haven’t been anything special at the college or pro level. He has had great skill position players and linemen, but overall he is getting the best out of these over hyped quarterbacks he has had. If they were so good they would be decent pros. Franklin’s quarterbacks don’t see the field at the NFL level. Its the chicken and the egg effect. Does Franklin not get the best quarterbacks to play for him or is he getting the best out of average quarterbacks? He is definitely not developing them at helping them get better at the college level. Penn State quarterbacks don’t win big games either.

Franklin can’t get his quarterbacks to play well in big games. He needs a psychologist on his staff to help him get his quarterbacks to play their best in big games. Allars wasn’t even average tonight.
