The Philippines government I feel is always going to be lacking. They need to really consider take the communist approach. Look at China, North Korea and Vietnam how much they are thriving. Cuba and Laos are catching up too. I think they would be a better suited country, Po. Do you have any connections in the Government , Po? It is worth a shot to ask.
