And I see it - a lovely $25 free play!

I go to check my inbox... sure enough, there's a DO A SURVEY, GET $25 FREE offer. But funny thing is, my freeplay was credited before I ever got to the survey. I still answered their questions, to be fair.

Check your account guys, especially if you have been idle on bookmaker for a while. One of the questions was 'Which other factors caused you to stop playing with us'? So I'm guessing this could only be for CHURN CUSTOMERS.

I went back through deleted emails to find it. I was mistaken. It was a survey from BetOnline not Bookmaker.
