Starting pitcher Clarke Schmidt for the Yankees his ground ball % rate is high, but Cleveland can exploit that with their type of hitters. Look for Steven Kwan & Jose Ramirez especially. The Guardians have a top rated bullpen in the league currently which could help edge a win in the later innings.

Gavin Williams starting pitcher for the Guardians had a solid start at home his last time out , so hopefully he can build on that. Also Clark Schmidt’s XFIP indicates he is having some luck right now.

Wont be betting it - as I have often said I tend to stay away from Indians - er Guardians games to begin with and the fact it’s against the Yankees just triples my wanting to see the tribe win.

I’ll be watching and cheering them on though tonight - it’s been nice the last few days not having to play bases after making all my plays on soccer.
