Took my first withdrawal today basically as a test. KYC was license, license/selfie, utility bill. Quick upload of those and no BS with image quality/etc that some books pull for weeks. Approved within an hour, had to jump on a 1 min phone call to confirm info, then reply to one email (only first withdrawal) confirming email, LTC address and account ID. Paid within 20 minutes of responding to that. Outstanding. Still pretty new, but very impressed with it so far.

Still no approval. They emailed in the middle of the night to request I turn on my DBA. Not sure why they didn’t request this when I submitted all those documents requested and take a phone call.
If they make you take a phone call that would be a good time to advise you to go to settings and be sure to turn on the DBA tab.
Anyways just giving my experience. I still like this book but let’s see how much more time it will be to get paid.

KYC with them is a hassle. I had to do the DBA thing too. They've sent me many payouts though.
