Any feedback from the new mgt with this family of books? I had a nightmare experience trying to get paid by BetPhoenix. Finally got paid but vowed to never go back to that family of shops after that.

One concerning item from previous feedback I had heard...grab a bonus at a sister book and if you are winning player at any shop in their "family", they have pulled "you are a lifetime negative account for us at shop XYZ, we are voiding your bonus and any associated winnings". So, if I tried them again, super small deposit or deposit taking no bonus. Nothing special there for me to do that though.

Still..curious on how they are with the management change.

good data. thanks for sharing that. i used them back in like 2018 or so, and had some bad experiences. skybook locked me in a big rollover and then cut limits to pennies on me. bet mania wasnt that bad before but after a call recently, they said they had new mgt, increased limits and rebet functionality. So i dove in. overall good experience. had to redo my kyc for new mgt, but they paid within like 4 days, multiple times. no limit shenanigans from them. not sure if different people run betmania and skybook and the other skins but betmania is much better lately with the new management

I think Skybook, BetMania and BetPhx are all the same group. But, from your experience, maybe I give BetMania some small action to see if they have changed. I will just go into it figuring if I run up a balance, assume the worst and hopefully get the best. Never hurts to get an out back in the mix.

you will definitely get paid. they dont stiff outright. they slow pay and leave your balance available and hope you bet it so they can void the payout
