Never understood that.

Pay a ton of money to get one of the best ever to do it, and even some targets for him. That I get.

But leaving nothing left over to protect him? That part baffles me.

You have to protect your investment. Then again, owners won't install grass, they'd rather pay enormous insurance premiums to protect their investments.

They’ve blown leads too and he’s played even better against the best teams in the league
