Even if they’re both 9-3, wouldn’t Ole Miss and Alabama both have head to head wins over Georgia though?

None of them deserve to get in

If so doesnt work. Texas could go 12-0 in season. Lose title game 24-23 and then not only no bye but at like Penn state round 1

They’d probably host a game in that scenario

Seeds 1-4 get a bye and must be conference champs

Seeds 5-8 host their first game

Seeds 9-12 are on the road for first game
