Interesting....

Colorado used to have a law that state contract employees are year-to-year. Not sure if it still exists. This has always made the Colorado coaching jobs precarious. In this situation, if Deion does well with the Buffalos and wants to move up in CFB coaching further, he won't be tied down for long.

I thought it was just a limit on contracted coaching staff....like 5 contracted employees per school on athletic staff or something.

It ended in 18 because that's when they hired the black guy on a 5 year deal and of course went winless and had to pay his worthless ass to leave.

Minny always throwing out those negative facts on the black man love it lol 🤣. Stormy feeling peculiar about that comment though I’m sure. I love this passionate battle they have LMFAO.

I thought the rule ended because it was limiting coaching hires but I couldn't find it online.

He'll get recruits and turn the program around in 3-4 years.
Then he'll take the next step up in programs.
100% agree

He’s gonna be a game changer there and bring in some incredible talent

Program should be great, and he’s the right man to lead it back
