What if you're short of rent JJ?

Seems as though people get in that situation a lot. If you lose the game, you're still short of rent (no change to the situation) but if you win the bet, you're rent is covered. Why not take a shot?

The wisest course would be to avoid that situtation to begin with by having better money management but, it happens.
