I probably only made like 30-40 plays. Would have been $500+ Free play if I knew the rules.

I didn't get it. Not only that, my Cash Back is down to $0. It was around $175 before.

Turns out I didn't deposit anything via bitcoin during the month of September. I must have deposited it late August.

As far as the Cash Back goes, it is automatically credited. I looked in my daily transactions area and that's only for bets. You have to look in your regular transactions to see it being credited.
