Heritage Scratch Off

Got the pop-up for Heritage scratch-off, was shown the $250 FP, but then the FP doesn't show in my account.

Who knows if that's a glitch, or if I'm not eligible for any freebies.

Same here. I'm on live chat now and they are acting like they don't even know what I'm talking about. I took a screenshot thankfully

I guess the issue was I didnt have legacy and new selection in the top right of my account. Support was able to fix that and then I was able to access the $250 free play that I got.

if you qualified you would have received an email was not for every account

All I know is they told me to switch to legacy on desktop and it's in the top right corner. I said there is nothing in the top right corner that says legacy. They told me to log out and back in and when I logged back in it was there. Totally different interface. After that I could access my $250 free play.

All I want it decent limits, reasonable juice, and a website that functions well. I wont be getting any of that from Heritage.
