Is there nobody else here using Betnow anymore? I have a lot to add about this as I have had an issue but it was resolved but a lot to type... I remember there used to be a lot of people playing there from here. The problem is nobody posts anymore and the traffic and site is pretty much dead, so we don't get poster feedback like we once were from different forums. Most have went to US legal books now.

I still use Betnow occasionally but they are no longer one of my main books. I think they have gone downhill a bit. To be honest I use them mostly for their sweet bonuses when and if I can get them.

What happened to bigjay happened to me a while back but they corrected it. And I got the same phone call too 5 days ago but called back a few times to confirm I was eligible and each time I called they said no because I took a payout. I told them I was bait and switched before and don’t want to deal with that again. I went on live chat and they said I was not eligible but then I told them about the previous conversations etc then they said I was eligible. Not sure what the hell is going on but I do like them when they run things smooth. They sent me a message in my portal I’m eligible for the bonus , but I requested them to do that. It’s hard to believe they are doing this with people. I want to deposit but don’t want an issue again. But every time I was promised a bonus I got it. I do like the book and always been paid promptly.

I don't think they always know what they are doing. They wouldnt give me the 100% bonus 1 time ...said I wasn't eligible but I got on live chat to bitch and they gave me 50% as a courtesy I guess .
A while back I called them to inform them many of their alternate run lines were bad lines. They told me oh no sir these are all correct. I know a bad line ...these were way off. I tried. I had a very good day is all I'll say on that.

I’ve always been paid every single time. I’ve had the bonus applied but after arguing with them etc. I actually like the book when things are smooth.

Not worth it in my opinion to take the chance. I tried arguing with them nicely after I made my deposit to take advantage of the bonus offer but they were jerks about it and like @Tanko said seemed so confused.

Rep I got was indifferent to the fact I told him I’d post about what happened on BMR

Not using them anymore obviously and I’d suggest others stay away too.

At best they don’t know what they’re doing and at worst they’re trying to get folks to deposit, then not giving them the promised bonus and calling it a “misunderstanding” like they did me.

You shouldn’t have to call and chat and complain in hopes you’ll get something that should be a given once they offer it.

It’s hard to believe that they are that big where there is so much staff they are not communicating or talking with each other ?? You think everyone is in one room ? I don’t know about all of them but a few of them for sure know about all the forums and are aware of posters posting on them as well as posts about them. That’s why I find it very weird for them to be doing this.
