ESPN originally had the wrong start time. It starts at 2:30ish EST.
These are two pretty bad teams. So which one is worse --> C. Southern. 350/358 on KenPom

USC Upstate is not that much better but they should be 5 pts better than Southern.
USC Upstate beat C. Southern by 5 in OT on the 19th.
