Anyone ever run into slow pay by Bovada? I have a bunch of $5-9K processed in the past that are within 1 hour. My current payout of $9.5K is coming up on 48 hours and still haven't been processed.
Currently not to happy with them but do have high expectations having played mostly at BM. Have never used them before and opened a new account sending 1000 to get the welcome bonus. Blew through that in 2 plays(used as a hedge for a big futures bet elsewhere). Reloaded 500 yesterday to bet a live golf or nascar(i didn't have any bonuses loaded as of yet) took it up to 3200 but tilted it back down to the original 500. I had no plans on leaving this balance in since was not able to get a bonus on it.

I put in the measly 500 withdraw this morning. Request has sat there for 6 hours with nothing but "under review." I just cancelled the withdraw and will play it out. If you can't pay me within 4 hours when I have sent you 3x as much and other books can send in under 2 hours with most being within 10 minutes than you will not have my business. I will chalk it up as a 1 time thing since it is a new account but not a word or email asking for KYC or nothing in 6 hours is too long for me. I will stick with the big boys BM/JB and BOL. At least Bovada does take the money out of your account and you have to manually cancel a withdraw. Thumbs up for that but had the 5D stall feeling. Not a good first impression to leave especially on such a tiny amount and with a shit ton of degenerate play involved. Anyone with any sense would have sent that payout immediately.

Might be a rash decision. I usually get my Bovada payouts in about an hour or so. Some books go through slow periods / backlogs once in a while, and maybe that's what is happening here. They're one of the more reliable books out there, so you might not want to judge based on one experience, which quite honestly doesn't even sound that bad to begin with.

Correct, I just like to give out my own experiences since I had started a thread on the welcome bonus reload. I give the good and bad of my experiences because not everyone has a big gambling bankroll and can afford to wait over 48 hours like the OP stated. Those posters should than use books like BM or BOL where they will see their payout in hours instead of days. That is what review sites like this are for so you can see others experiences and at the same time keep the books honest. Personally going by a respected poster like Hazliam, I think Bovada needs to get their shit together to make someone wait that long. Hopefully they see this thread and make positive changes. No need to sugar coat anything. Need to keep even the best books accountable for their actions.

I guess my point was that with Bovada, players usually do see their withdrawals in hours, not days. Appreciate you sharing your experience, but it's probably good to get a wide swath of experiences because every book can have a bad moment or two. That's all.

Especially in this Covid world. You have a couple employees call out sick and like any business you are screwed.

Bovada pays in about an hour 95% of the time. Once in a while they take a day or two.
Also, they only pay $9500 every 3 days. So for example, if you request 9k on Monday and then 2k on Wednesday it will take a day for that 2k to process.
Lastly, Erikk, if it was your first withdrawal cut them a little slack. They probably scrutinize first withdrawals a little closer. Bovada is a great book and they pay fast. They have big limits on small market stuff and their cash out feature is very useful.

Did this change recently? It was $20,000 every 3 days as of December. And the site still says $20k, so if they lowered it, they didn't update the wording of that limit in their cashier.

Okay. Maybe it has something to do with the date you signed up or something like that. I just checked with my friend who is brand new to betting, and his BTC withdrawal limit is $9,500. Maybe they lowered it at some point, and people who started at $20k are grandfathered in.

So I signed up for the bitcoin exclusive and now have the loaded bonuses but their fine print scares the shit out of me. Basically they could almost enforce the fine print on any account. Do they actually enforce it?? i was going to send 1k for the 50%. So am not allowed to bet more than $500 per game while completing rollover?? Or can't go all in by another rule??

10. Unless stated otherwise on the specific bonus landing pages, all bonuses have a max bet restriction relative to the deposit amount. Failure to adhere to this ‘max bet’ rule may result in account closure, forfeit of the Bonus and any winnings generated during the wagering of the Bonus.

Any wagers using deposited funds or bonus funds prior to bonus completion are subject to the following maximums:

  • Casino max bet per wager - 20% of deposited amount
  • Sports max bet per wager - 50% of deposited amount

I did that my 1st deposit of 1k for 750 bonus think bet 1300 on a play(hedge on a future from different account). I went bust that deposit though. The one I wanted a withdraw from was 500 with no bonus.

  • The bonus is, for any reason, not able to be conducted as planned.
9. We offer online promotional offerings to players who use our services for entertainment and recreational purposes only. We reserve the right to cancel or remove a player’s access to any game and/or channel in the case of suspected abuse (whether it be bonus or any other) and may extend our actions by terminating the account.
In the case of an account being terminated due to abuse (whether it be bonus or any other), the Company will not refund and/or reinstate any funds any losses made by the player on any of the channels the player may have accessed. The Company considers ‘abuse’ as (but not limited to) using software and/or opening multiple accounts in order to gain an unfair advantage on a Bonus. 12. We do not allow the mixing of No-Deposit bonuses (e.g. Free Chips, Free Spins, Cashback/Insurance Bonuses etcetera) and deposits. If a deposit is made while a No Deposit Bonus is active, the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the No Deposit bonus will still apply. The deposit amount will be credited to your balance; however, the deposit amount is not considered to be inactive and any subsequent winnings are subject to the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the No Deposit bonus until your balance is equal to or less than the deposit amount plus any existing balance available prior to the bonuses redemption.
13. Free bonuses are not be redeemed consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit bonus a real money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem a second No Deposit bonus. Redeeming two or more No Deposit bonuses in a row can result in the removal of subsequent winnings.
14. Bonus funds cannot be used for play in the following products or games:
  • Live Dealer;

  • Virtual Sports.
15. Craps and Live Dealer play do not count toward meeting rollover requirements for withdrawal.

I haven't heard of them actually enforcing this...so hopefully they don't start.
