Heritage sports mlb 4cents line

Last season was the first time I dab in MLB. Was just surprise that heritage sports was doing 4 cents lines, -102/-102 on overnight lines. Can they actually make a profit? Those are crazy tight margins. That right around 1%. Can they still make a profit with these thin margins.
