I'm making an assumption no one cares about, but it's possible that keeping the money (rather than withdrawing) was part of the deal with 'Larry'.

As in: you win - they threaten to not pay you - then they say they'll pay you later, after you roll over another million dollars in wagers. I just hope that's not what happened, because it's just kicking the can down the road.

They either have the money or they don't.

I'm not sure if WagerWeb deserves an upgrade or a downgrade seeing how the situation developed. This whole thing could easily be positive publicity for future readers/posters - maybe it's a stretch but not a huge one.
