Actually solid advice from JJ.

Big handles - a lot of pros will stay away from these type of races. Not as bad as a triple crown race (KY Derby is worst by far) to try and profit from a favorite on - but we all know if it’s on TV - uneducated bettors will bet it and chase faves.

Better to try exactas than picking winners - not a huge takeout and can catch some good payouts. Tri/super is for suckers.
Not necessarily. Look at some of the .10 superfecta payoffs. You can get a lot of coverage with those .10 minimum bets. For only 2.40 you can get a 2x3x4x6 with a .10 pyramid play. For those that need this explained. You get 2 horses to win, those two plus another for 2nd, those 3 plus another for 3rd. Those 4 plus 2 more for fourth. It is the best bet in racing for those with small bankrolls. For 24.00 you can do a whole card and have a ton of action. You are going to hit one out of ten at least for sure and the payoff will exceed 24.00 more than likely. Yes, exacta's are a good play for the more affluent.

About 8 minutes to post at Aqueduct. Muddy conditions make for a tough race to cap. jj we are leaning on you.
