If I was to give one comment on the Modern Economy...skilled-laborers are in the prime position to do well. I'm talking:
*Construction workers
*Electricians
*Plumbers
*Auto mechanics

The younger generation is (largely) lazy, distracted, and entitled. Doing an honest day's work = foreign concept.

Any job that builds/repairs will do well. There are more jobs than they can fill. And the $$ is pretty good.
