I wonder if some of that meat sits out on the table for 6-8 hours at a time. Do they go through it quick enough before it goes bad @flyingillini ?

I think I’ve talked about this before. In the holy land Việt Nam apartments are pretty cheap but houses are expensive. These are in my neighborhood where my apartment is near. These houses are all around 1.4-1.8 million. Some are a lot more.
