I didn't even know that there's fat around our knees, is this a medical issue or a cosmetic surgery?

No, not even in my wildest imagination, Tank.

There are really women who are not happy with their looks due to insecurities or they need to do it because it is in line with their jobs to look pretty. But yes, if you're just doing it to secure a handsome man or rich old man, then I truly feel sorry for them.
