Real talk I don't understand why the Packers won't do the same. Fire LaFleur, fire the GM, promote a deserving interim coach and rebuild.

Josh was never a good head coach as he was Head coach of Broncos and now Raiders. The only time he was successful was under Bill Belicchick at New England and Rams as an offensive coordinator from which was probably why he even was considered for a head coaching job to begin with. Sometimes we gotta stick to what we're good at.

Agreed but also the players didn't respect him or like him. Like that one nutty Raider who refused to play for him. Need to command the locker room or it doesn't matter how good you can draw up a gameplan.

Your talking about that awesome nutty player Chandler Jones. But hey he lost it the moment they didn't let him use the facility gym. I'm sure he's dancing right about now that Josh got fired. That guy may probably play again maybe not after showing his nutty side. I always liked that guy nutty or not. He plays like a beast at linebacker. I think his best NFL moments was with the Patriots.
