I got the email and I assume I am eligible for the bonus because I was able to use it last season. That doesn't mean anything though because it does say only some accounts are eligible. Hopefully someone else will be to confirm this because it looks like a good promo if we're able to get it.

I don’t understand why they wouldn’t confirm it with Mike before he sends over a deposit. I have always been able to confirm before sending, so I did not like the tone/vibe of that conversation that he shared.

I have a feeling you're right. Just another case of a completely incompetent CS rep.
Hard to believe that Heritage has adopted the policy of not disclosing to customers if they are eligible for promotions until after they have sent money.
