as long as Young proves to be decent no way CAROLINA is a 5th tier team in NFC. The packers for sure seem like a 5th tier team. Just my 2 cents. Good luck this season.

Time will tell but CAR has quite a few good pieces in place. Even with Dalton under center I do not expect them to be a tier 5 team.

Gave Dallas the nod for top tier, though I bet many would say they lead the second tier

Just think Philly could regress a little bit and Dallas has a very solid roster/some experience
