It was delicious, tank. Here with my step daughter for an after school meal and then back home.

Notice are three, almost four colors: dark brown, light brown, pink, and red....that's medium well - The best way a thick cut steak should be ordered.

Medium, in my opinion, loses that Charred flavor up top but has the same interior.
