I just started winging it as a youngster when I bought my first grill. My Dad taught me the basics early on on the grill. Then I just started experimenting with my own stuff. Some things took a few tries to perfect.
Everything is easy now thought with the internet. As long as you can follow instructions you can cook a meal fit for a king.

Thanks DDD. I really think there's something so satisfying about making your own meal. Some of my friends have smokers and cook up some amazing shit like you do and I'm just so in awe. It must be amazing to cook up something delicious and having your friends and family enjoy it. Makes losing your ass on a bet that much better
