I hate no issues with them until today. Last night I placed a bet for which I figured was the whole game. Then after my team hit over 111.5 live bet. I am told that it’s a loss and even though it doesn’t say, it’s only for 4 quarters as the game went to OT. Stole $247.50 from me

I would have thought the “Game” would have meant a basketball game and if overtime is excluded, wouldn’t have said game and said (overtime, not included)

Something tells me if I had the Under I’d have lost on the bet as well. Make their own rules as they go. To me a game is a game, not to mention I bet thousands and thousands with them. No more though

If OT not included should have had a (No OT) at end of bet. This is a winner.

Yeah I tried to x out of the make a deposit that popped up thinking the rules might be there but no go.

Shocker first thing is make a deposit, they actually pay real quick and I like the book. But this one will keep me away from there. I understand it would be a loss if it said regulation only instead of “Game” but as you’ll see below no dice - I logged a complaint here, hopefully they can help me retrieve my funds. Literally play through thousands there and want to take $135 + $112.50

It’s funny. I played thousands and thousands worth at BAS and they also did something very Mickey Mouse that pissed me off and I told them to close my account and haven’t played there in over a year.

They call so often for me to come back it’s a joke at this point. But nope. It’s funny how far a little customer service and PR can go.

That’s the biggest downturn of un-regulated gambling compared to years gone by. Good Customer Service is basically nonexistent now.

I 100% agree with you on the customer service. I would think these places would need to retain US players with all of the options coming to the States. Guess not, fu&king me for my $135 and a win of $112.50 is bizarre to me.

So resolution we came to, which is not 100% in my favor but better than nothing. I haven’t heard from my complaint form, so Jeremy a supervisor has made the decision to refund as no action my bet $135 as well place what would have been the (win) amount as a freeplay amount $102.50 with no rollover. Thoughts on this.?.?.?
