1xBet cancelled all my winnings and stole my 1450EUR!

I wanted to verify my account and I sent them all they asked for: a copy of my ID, screenshots from my Skrill acount (personal details, cards and bank accounts, limits and a screenshots of my Skrill transactions history, a photo of me holding my ID card near the face in the background of their email (ridiculous, but ok, I complied)).

After that, they asked me "What is your relation with --my father's name and surname--"? With my very detailed explanation I answered them honestly, that it is my father. But the thing is that my father and I don't live in the same household, we don't live at the same address and we don't even live in the same city, which the data on our ID proves. I am the only one using this account, I bet from my own money and for my own money and my father and I have absolutely no links regarding betting.

They blocked my account with the balance of 1700EUR (returned only my initial deposit of 250EUR). Of course, their explanation of why my account is blocked is the violation of General Terms and Conditions.

So generally, they stole my 1450EUR of winnings only because my father also had his account, even though I didn't violate any of the rules, because I don't live in the same household with my father. They punished me only for being a son of their other client, without even considering the details of the situation.

I really hope that this will turn out right, because I am planning to fight till the end with all the available resources (besides time and money, forums (especially Polish), my betting contacts from all around Europe, complaints, making my story public.) I already filed a few complaints and I am in contact with several lawyers from Croatia and Poland and more complaints are in preparation.

Good luck to everyone who is in the same situation as me. Only after reading forums and contacting my friends about this, I found out how many people are being fooled around and robbed by them.

Thank You so much for everything you are doing.

BTW,

Their rule 2.31. says:

Each registered customer may have only one account. Regarding registration on the website this rule applies to one household, one address, one email address, one credit/debit card or one IP-address. The bookmaker administration reserves the right to request certain personal details from the customer (passport details, registered place of residence) as well as a video-conference. The user gets the results within 5 working days after video call ends.

So it is more than clear that I didn't violate that rule.

Not the same household
Not the same addrees
Not the same email address
Not the same Skrill account
Not the same IP address

Hi thunderstorm ,

A special investigation was conducted by our Security Service regarding your question.

Your account was blocked for Multiaccount, which is strictly prohibited by the rules of our Betting Company.

Thank you for contacting us!

Unless there is some information not being provided here then this doesn't seem like the right result for thunderstorm. If he has proof that he doesn't live with his father or even in the same city as him then he should be paid

First of all, thank you for your support, GreenAcres. I am glad that my post is getting attention.

Yes, I have proof that I live in a different city. I sent them copies of my ID, which shows my home address. I also sent them a photo of me holding my ID, and everything else they asked for.

It is clear they can't accuse me for using multiple accounts, but they just won't listen and keep giving me the same answer they posted here.

I don't even think of giving up and will continue to fight against this injustice that is happening to me.

Thank you everyone.

Another dirty move from 1xbet:

They updated Clause 31 in General Terms by adding the word "family", which directly affects my case. They did it behind my back, without any notice, just so they can steal my money.

Also, as I expected them to play dirty and use every possible way to bypass the rules and not pay me, on January 22nd I made a screenshot of 1xbet's General Terms, where it is also visible that there was no word "Family" in Clause 31.

Also, I received several email replies from Aleksandr Tikhonov from their "Security" Department, where he copied this clause, and there was also no word "family".

By changing the General Terms behind customer's back, they broke the Clause 23. of their own General Terms.

Clause 23. of the General Terms: "Should these Rules be amended, customers shall be notified accordingly. Bets accepted after the specified date shall be subject to the amended Rules. Earlier bets shall remain unchanged."

This is more than a proof, that they are willing to do anything and take even illegal moves to take your money.

Everyone be very very careful.

The changing of the terms wording, and then using that as the justification for confiscation when answering the Curacao licensor enquiry to 1xbet smells very bad.

Even if that new term wording was in place and valid (which it definitely was not) They should show some connection between the accounts usage and betting activity to even think about a penalty here anyway.

As I am getting no response after I asked for an explanation regarding the update of the Terms without any notice and in order to not pay me, I am asking here as well.

What is your explanation? Why did you update the Terms without any notice? You added the one key word that directly affects my case.

Regarding the changing of the Terms, for them, it's just a "translation adjustment".

"Dear Sir,

Please be informed that the essence of the rule is unchanged and has not changed. Only a translation adjustment was made.

Best regards,
Tikhonov Aleksandr, Security Service Chief Officer "

Unbelievable.....

Thanks for keeping us updated,Thunderstorm.Even if it was a translation adjustment, and the clause in their home language had affected familes [ doubtful and hard to prove now ],they should still stand by the translation that was around when you were betting - given that it is perfectly reasonable not to have included families.

Yes, exactly my point. In my case and in case of 99% other customers who use their Terms and Conditions in english language, this "adjustment" changes everything, because words "family" and "household" are not synonyms and don't necessarily have the same meaning. Not to say they changed it behind my back and without any notification.

Did 1xbet try to claim that you and your father were placing similar bets,Thunderstorm ? That's about the only thing that would give their actions some moral justification.

Yes, they said that, but as usual, without giving any proof.

"Our program revealed a complete match of the play manner on your account and your father's account. We consider the blocking of the account to be fully substantiated and proven, the rules were violated, which is also fully proved and confirmed by you in the correspondence."

Besides that, they are telling me that I confirmed that the rules were violated, which is just ridiculous. They changed the Clause by including the word "family" and said that I confirmed the violation by saying that the person in question is my father.

I've seen and read a lot of complaints about 1xbet. Next time try to do review before creating and depositing in a certain sportsbook. But is there anyone with a successful story of getting paid from this book?
