My yellow bets some where accepted. Given that the ones that was accepted happens with in 30 seconds. The ones that didn't get accepted last 7 min.I noticed this started happening to me today. Happened twice. Neither bet was ultimately accepted, but they remained pending for about 5-7 minutes. I agree that it's scary. It's one thing to be put on a brief delay but to have a bet remain pending long after the game resumes is unfair and a recipe for disaster.
Try betting basketball on BAS lolI 1st seen it happen around 3 weeks ago. Mine have never last more than a minute(but i log out and back in) and has never accepted the wager even though the line never changed for me. Strange with their known ticket issues that this was their brain storm to fix the issue instead it just is adding more suspicion and focus to it. Superfast payouts, cash bonuses, huge limits, and their live betting limits and ability to parlay made them my number 1the past 2 years. Now within the past few months their live limits are tiny compared to the past, they cut their cash bonuses by 10%, and now added this dumb-ass yellow pending thing. The whole purpose of live betting is to get your bet in ASAP. 5Dimes in the past was able to fire in fast as was with Bookmaker/JB but now that is in question like BAS 30 second delay for live where it is almost impossible to get a bet in without the line changing.
Saw it once today, Haven't seen it for 2 weeks.I'm pretty sure I've had at least one accepted, but will monitor this and report here when I am 100% sure.
I haven't been super active since they introduced this yellow box so can't say how bad it is yet, but first impression is I don't like it at all, especially not the long waiting times. It's not acceptable for live bets. I don't know if they free roll or that it's just a glitch that causes some bets to get this yellow box, but regardless it's bad news. And whatever causes the delay, customers will think they are free-rolling, so not a good look for them.
If you don't like this introduction, please send them feedback to support@bookmaker.eu if you use BM or whatever the email address is if you just any of the other two. It's unlikely to help, because they ignore feedback most of the time, but complaining now is probably better than a few months in I think. And let them know what you don't like about this change, whether it's the fact that bets go pending, the time it stays pending or whatever it is.
