No, has to be email and within 24 hours. I wait until I go bust or try not to forget if I win if pushing whole deposit it. Rollover clears if you lose than ask for the fees and cash in betpoints and whatever you turn it to then you can withdraw right away. Same email for both Justbet or bookmaker. Send account number and receipt of purchase. I have a thread on it somewhere:
