Honestly, no offense to @BobbyFK , but if my wife took a picture of me looking like this and sent it to me?!?! I’d be on a diet and in the gym that minute…..

And, upon further inspection, @BobbyFK - even if you fully diet/exercise and get to your goal weight, I think you’ll still have the “Dunlap” thing going on with your belly & you would need skin removal surgery to tighten it up. I’m not trolling, I’m being real. You could do 1,000 sit-ups a day, but you’ll still have that belly skin-pooch…..
