I think nothing new since the Bears' board of directors voted to advance the project in Hammond.

That was June 5th.

We're talking about a 300 acre mixed use year round district.

They wanted Arlington Heights, but lawmakers could never agree on public funding, tax assessments, and whatever in Illinois.

They will still retain the Chicago Bears brand and name.

It's one hell of a bluff if it is one. Hammond Indiana would probably sue for breach of contract if they back out now. Not that it would stop the Bears from backing out but definitely would cost them some money.
