This was a good buy as I was still sitting in the order book. Vegas can moive the market with momentum when they score a couple.
@jjgold I can sell this for 60 cents already, that's better than 22% profit. It's a big money scalp, but WNBA liquidity limits that big money a bit.
But the Lab continues to find the scalp.
The left side where the lines first come together is where I was bitching as it did trigger some .50s in the order book but I didn't get in at all before Dallas took off.
I kept the orders in below .50 and then the lines came together again and I filled.
Dallas was over 90 cents with a 28 point lead.
Vegas made a 9-0 run in the last 2:38 to knock 10 cents of equity.
Shit.

I had those orders in and left them there with confidence.
Just glad there was one more dip to get me in.
I might have been buying this in the 60s at one point had I not gotten in, but notice how it blew through that point and by halftime it's already in the 80s.
That's part of the algo.
It's why I posted when i didn't get in on the first dip, I was pissed because there weren't going to be too many dips for those who weren't already in the position pregame.
Today it worked out but I had decent trading plan and a strong play from the Lab. Lab confidence was high in both trading analysis and sport book play analysis, with quite a margin for the moneyline, so I don't even need to mention a line there, they were all good.
From June 6th thru 9th I had 12 of 13 trades lose, with 3 total losses. All but one of those trades was up enough to sell before going negative.
I was -5.65 units during that 4 day debacle.
From June 10th until today I had 22 trades with 7 losers (5 of those losers on june 13th) and 1 breakeven and ZERO total losses.
I was +5.28 units during this time.

Lab wanted to start with Golden St to cover but the spread point of 3.5 didn't give us a cheap enough price for expected movement. Moving up to 7.5 might have been workable but I didn't get to it.
Then again it might just be the winning play, lol.

The Lab doesn't really have reason to think those probability lines will cross in this game.
Golden St. could run away with it as they hover at 7.5 then head to 11.5 and hover there.

Regardless, the Lab likes the OVER about 176.5 but it's 177.5 at htis point.
Kalshi dealing a 175.5 but the price is high.
May consider getting into the order book and be around for some fluctuation. Maybe even take out a position to later sell back. There are options here if I want to spend the money and make the market.
