Absolutely agree. There was a book i was using years ago(I hope they are defunct now) that gave different rollover tracking information every time I contacted them. Some agents knew what they were doing others didn’t. Its like they were ALL looking at different information for the same account. That’s maddening

The rollover amount "fluctuated" depending upon who you asked. I tracked it myself after a while and would show them the numbers and they still argued I was wrong.
