i'd tap out before mile 2 at that pace.

lost a lot of turnover in my early-mid 50s

but been working the jumps, plots, hills and, sprints the past year and when fall 5 and 10k season hits here, hope to get some sub 50 10ks and sub 21 5ks without sacrificing power
