What are your plans today to help yourself lose weight ?I’m not sure what could cause them but it’s not constipation
Currently, I have no plans. I have a trip coming up to Phoenix for a couple weeks so I unfortunately won’t be able to diet but when I get back, I am definitely going to start moving in the right direction. What are your plans today to help yourself lose weight ?

1. Bobby 100% takes his phone with him to shit. (only guy here I won't judge for doing that is JJ and Diggs.)It can indirectly cause them.
From AI: Most common causes....
- Chronic "Toilet Sitting"
In the age of smartphones, many people spend 15–20 minutes on the toilet. Gravity, combined with the way a toilet seat supports the body, allows blood to pool in those veins, causing them to swell.
- Low-Fiber Diets
Fiber is what keeps stool soft and bulky. Without enough of it (from fruits, veggies, and whole grains), you end up with small, hard stools that require more effort to pass, leading back to the "straining" issue.
I’ll provide pictures of my next shit for you to analyze1. Bobby 100% takes his phone with him to shit. (only guy here I won't judge for doing that is JJ and Diggs.)
2. BINGO!!!! Bob A Rino prob has some ridiculous deer shits, prob sounds like someone firing golfballs into the bowel.

Remember I help control the reports so NOTHING will happenI'm already scarred for life pal after some of the horrific images JJ posted that I had no way of avoiding.
It will be reported instantaneously.
Bro, you just almost ran into one right there."so NOTHING will happen"

There are sources that it says that it can also be hereditary. It can indirectly cause them.
From AI: Most common causes....
- Straining During Bowel Movements
This is the number one cause. Pushing too hard puts immense pressure on the veins in the rectal area. This is often a byproduct of:
Diarrhea: Frequent, forceful movements can also irritate the lining.
Constipation: Hard stools that are difficult to pass.

- Pregnancy - Not likely but possible for you.
- Low-Fiber Diets
Fiber is what keeps stool soft and bulky. Without enough of it (from fruits, veggies, and whole grains), you end up with small, hard stools that require more effort to pass, leading back to the "straining" issue.
- Heavy Lifting - Not likely
- Aging and Genetics - You're too young yet.
Excuse after excuse.Currently, I have no plans. I have a trip coming up to Phoenix for a couple weeks so I unfortunately won’t be able to diet but when I get back, I am definitely going to start moving in the right direction.
