Not the worst idea in the world, would be cool when & if it ever takes off with some success to know you were the “originators”.
If they win, other teams will start to complain and will ask to ban the use of AI. If they'll still lose, nobody would care. haha

Imagine, having the game on the line and most of the people involved with the strategy will be looking to some form of AI for the answers? It won;t go well, trust me.

How long before ALexa is telling dorks how to properly ram their lover, like during intercourse some nerd talking to his blue tooth speaker and having his blue tooth tell him how to f*** her better, I am sure it would drive her wild :lmao:

This goes back many, many years.

Back when Oregon started using analytics and kicked ass.

And, waaaay before that, my office was advocating going for it on 4th downs, literally between the 20s, depending on yardage.

Notice how years later that became a thing and NFL offices hired analytic guys.

Anyway, even back then computers were beating the human coaches, the pros, when a shit ton of metrics, including ball spin, were analyzed and game decision making simulated.

Computers win, they make better choices.

It starts with a college team, then eventually moves to the pros.

Guys in the pros have no idea how to use it now. It is laughable, I love the "op analytic again" it's like no, that coach is just a dumb f***, the analytics even said no go.

Here's a simple version of Matt's work...

You can watch it all or go to about 24 minutes in..

This is a couple of years old and things have really moved since then and since the early work he's addressing...

These nerds are a threat to our way of life.
So we have "nerds" nowadays, still enough OG intellectuals we owe modern science and medicine to like the KVBs on board thank goodness. I say "dork" and "nerd" all the time failing to realize, lol, can you guys imagine if a bunch of @BAS were in charge of math science and infastructure??? Those UMass AI 'bros" omfg? easy fade every saturday unless they start covering out of the gate

We will always have true intellectuals with ethics and morals. They are far and few but as humans wil will always have at least enough. FOr at least next century.
