You read into his vague thoughts/ideas, then form it in a way that legitimizes a coherent rational POV well done sir.
Hahaha well written by you. I never leave the whole deal in the account if I make a nice score. Always withdraw something. But that is my protocol as a light gambler. Heavy hitter might be a horse of another color?

I usually use my winnings to cover my monthly nut and put the rest in my investment account, which has grown nicely since I’ve had a pretty nice run with some real nice futures and racing scores past three years.

Younger days didn’t have much put away for a rainy day.

Life has definitely changed for the better with the change in philosophy.

I’ve learned my lesson tryna make a dollar out of .15 cents when I was betting high stakes two years ago, fun experience but very stressful.

@LT Profits doesn’t get enough credit for all the winners he’s given us on a daily basis the last 18 months, that goes for @samsncharge99 & his tennis action thread real talk.

I always like to skim off the top and make a withdrawal if I make a nice hit and then reset my mindset/goals and try to build up the balance again. If you leave a big balance in there and start playing with it eventually it starts to feel like Monopoly money and there’s a good chance maybe you go on a bad run, get frustrated/undisciplined and burn through a good amount if not all of it. Reward yourself with a payout, buy something you’ve been wanting and/or deposit it into your bank account. And another overarching goal I always have in the back of my mind is trying to avoid having to make another deposit. Stretch out your balance as long as possible.

I hear good things about you man, this is great advice/strategy from an experienced gambler.

Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way in my 20s with out of control gambling - risking/losing money I couldn’t afford to lose and then waking up Monday morning having to go to work with that as a backdrop. Much better off now in my 50s - for the most part playing alt-line parlays that are high reward/low risk. I definitely go on some prolonged losing streaks and have a lot of annoying 1-loss parlays, but all it takes is popping one every now and then and it can make up for the bad run and then some. And risking less makes it much easier to shake off losses mentally than going on a bad streak throwing around nickels and dimes. That shit weighs on you for quite awhile.
