The solution is simple - max on any event $100 outside of accredited investors. Treat them like someone seeking access to any other financial product that’s highly speculative. Markets that are easily manipulated / entertainment related have small limits. Only the big stuff like elections have higher limits of like $50-100k max and only for experienced traders.
