No it's not coach. The federal government pushed that shit to people years ago. Look now you can buy weed anywhere like milk or water. They just don't want competition to the alcohol and cigarettes which they get their tax money. So since you can grow weed in your yard it takes away from the profiting instead of getting that tax money. Make it legal everywhere get the tax simple.
