Yes. You need a passport to apply. I’m waiting on one. Definitely seems like a good option.

Very curious on limits as well, as far as what you can load on it. Don't think I move from Crypto at this point, but could be a nice option to split withdrawals with.

Curious on why the passport? Foreign bank so possibly some rough fees for withdrawals or transactions?

takes about 3 weeks to apply and get card, do need passport, yes some odd foreign card with a sketchy website (no surprise though), not sure about reload fees.
