They made a move to .50 cents, now back to .30

I don't want to over trade though. I think that the best trade today was Michigan when they were down, not hindsight, just is what it is.

Still at the desk, but everything feels like over trading.

I'm going to endup winning today but I have to admit, I just wasn't on point. Just not quite there to notice all of the plans and preparations that came from the Lab at the right times, that Trader's job.

Tough to trade confidentally when you just feel a little off.

Remember, it's less than 1% skill and 99% psychological, to the point the the psychological is the skill.

So when you're not feeling it, something just not quite right, don't push it. Get up and walk away.

There are 6 total trades on the record with a 1 of those a sports future and the other the gov't future. There were 4 game trades yesterday with 3 winners and the final over trade a loser that stopped out.

Finished the day +1.0805 units ir +$108.05 poer $100 bet. Had I hled the St. John's spread, would have been a much better day while eating the future was costly.

Pretty good work in the Lab but the Trader just wasn't on task yesterday, with a mix of tight and loose play, despite squeezing out some profit.
