Here are the futures.

I may end up with a losing day before this month is over because of a government future that traded wildly before I got in. A few warning signs there, so I will chalk it up to learning. Hope is that it is down because the executive order and hopefully that doesn't grade it as open as it comes from previous law.

I'm not selling, it's been a wildly trade issue so I guess I'll keep it. This might trigger a hell of a lot more than a self imposed review, and could lead to a ban on anything other than sports outside of specially set up accounts.

Or something like that. I just know there are going to some conversations if that thing loses less than a day after I bought it.

And those will be tough ones as I cost people, not just me, money while perhaps trading this account outside the scope of it's goals. That's me saying that, because I truthfully have free reign, it's my call.

But I also must set up goals outside of get green and get out, and maybe a limited scope of trading for some accounts. It would be wise.

maybe the Trader should start setting the goal little higher and not be so cavalier with selling back that EV by settling.

I wrote this on purpose to remind all of us that this is a dangerous form of FOMO and I have talked about it numerous times.

Sure, I dressed it up with EV and having a cushion to sell back, but the bottom line is I am not selling and forgetting about it if I'm still trying to find a way to capture those gains I see after I've sold.

Dangerous, dangerous, dangerous FOMO.

There's a balancing act here, and maybe math can be used if we can nail down the expectation, but while I can predict the movement pretty well, it's harder to predict how much it will move. That's not always a consistent thing.

This is another part of the battle, it's mostly a psychological one, and it's not easy.

It's hard.

Hopefully somebody is getting something out of me dispaying the battle real time, both in the market and in the head. There's a lot more I can touch on and address. I think more and more some kind of stream would be a good idea.

@Wagerallsports I hope you sold those Mar28 at .90 because I've seen it hit .22 cents.

Or hopefully it goes right back up in more wild trading. That's been a crazy one for you, being in much longer than I've been.

I made 3 trades today, with 3 winners. I was going for scalps of about 30% when I thought it was set up for it. Truth be told, that first trade with Purdue was not a very patient trade, early in the day, and the shiny .36 cent exit point was fleeting and I only got .33 cents.

Just as well, the Lab was bullish on Texas spread pregame and the Trader has a little hedge for the second half run idea and that line never even got back up there again, I got lucky on that one.

Didn't get to a unit at the Desk with +.8645 units or $86.45 per $100 dollar bet.

Another winning day but the days are getting less and less total money as we wind down the season. Even though I'm not suppsed to, the Trader can't help but think of the money left on the table last week and even today.

The Lab is sending over excellent ideas and solid +EV winners, maybe the Trader should start setting the goal little higher and not be so cavalier with selling back that EV by settling.

Unfortunately, I did not

Here’s what it looks like it’ll come down to…

•Senators agreed to a proposal early Friday to fund TSA and other key agencies in DHS by unanimous consent

•Attention now shifts to the lower chamber to see if it can pass the bill Friday before heading out for its scheduled two-week Easter recess. Senators departed after passing the legislation, planning to return in mid-April.

•The key question now is whether the House will be able to get the bill passed Friday and whether President Trump would be willing to sign it into law.

Trump had said on Thursday evening, after it became clear the Senate wouldn’t agree to a full DHS appropriations bill, that he would take action to try to alleviate rising TSA issues. He said he would order Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin to “immediately” pay TSA agents to address the “emergency situation.”

A senior administration official said money from Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act will be used to pay TSA staffers. But if the House can pass the bill and Trump signs it, that wouldn’t be necessary.

US House Ultraconservatives Push Back on Senate TSA Funding Deal

12:01 PM EST

Several of President Donald Trump’s closest allies in the House are resisting swift passage of legislation to end a partial government shutdown that has snarled air traffic and threatened to ripple through an economy already roiled by the Iran war.

Trump, who has significant influence over those conservative members, has been quiet about the measure and the White House did not respond to requests for comment.

The Senate passed legislation early Friday to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security, creating a path to end the shutdown. But ultraconservatives want to add immigration funds and a controversial Trump-backed voter ID measure to the deal and ask the Senate to agree to it next week.

“Could the Senate be any more lazy?” Republican Representative Chip Roy asked on Friday.

Democrats would resist both those measures, effectively killing the hard-fought compromise in the Senate, where 60 votes are needed to pass most legislation.

Heading into Speaker Mike Johnson’s office with other conservative Republicans, Roy added, “It’s not going to pass today.”

I have closed this position for .45 cents @ a 15.38% profit.

Had to do what I had to do.
Good decision I think with so many question marks right now

Trump may tell those the guys to go ahead and put it through

Better a profit than loss after all of that crazy movement & it ensures no deductions from the work you did yesterday

The NOs right back up there.

I need to stop looking at this. I thought we had something with recess coming up but it seems impossible right now to tell what's going to happen.

Senate sent something to the house, they rejected it but there's some kind of stop gap measure being introduced.

Guess I'm glad I'm out, I need to close that window and stop looking.

I know we said we were going to leave this alone, but how would you decipher this message?

Sounds like a small chance on yes April 1 based on his mention of Monday but doubtful the Dems approve

Yeah that continuing resolution scares me but Mar 30 and April 1 NOs are in upper 80s and 90s.

Getting the feeling the Senate might not respond and head out of town. If an executive order takes care of TSA, maybe that's it for now.

I don't know, just trying to explain the current price of these things.

Even the April 8 no is in the 80s.
