Gervin irked Bears' Williams filed trademark for 'Iceman'

Former NBA star George Gervin said he was "caught off guard" when he learned Bears quarterback Caleb Williams had attempted to trademark "Iceman," a nickname Gervin has used since his playing days.

He won a few insane games late the Bears had no business winning last season but that didn’t make him the Iceman - there’s only one of those.

Obviously there are folks that will saw Gervin should have trademarked Iceman years ago, and maybe he should have. But he said he never thought he had to since he’s been Ice all these years.

I actually didn't know he was being called "Iceman" until now. lol.

I’d never heard Caleb Williams called that either. Sounds like a nickname he gave himself.
