So in the middle of tryna find my daily $100 nut. I go into a blackjack room. I placed a $10 bet then I proceeded to get kicked out of the hand and another $10 was taken out of my account so it was a total of $20.

The problem is I never got refunded that money my $20 went to another player which he doubled down showing an 11. He lost with a 15 and the dealer had a 17. So I contacted the casino department and they’re looking into it so I’m at a standstill right now.

If I don’t get credited that money. I don’t care if it’s two dollars I will not tolerate it and I’m will not continue to play there ever again. I’ve been playing with Betanything the last five days in the casino. I’ll let you know if I cash out if I don’t get my money back.

I’m extremely disappointed with the handling of my account. They failed to return my funds as requested, and their customer service has been completely incompetent regarding my rollover calculation.

I was forced to send screenshots of every single bet from both the casino and sportsbook just to prove that my rollover had been met. This level of frustration and lack of trust is unacceptable, and I will not tolerate it.

I am cashing out the remainder of my balance immediately and will not be using Betanything ever again. Also, they don’t have open team parlays anymore, so they pretty much have no value for me at this point. Since they wanna f*** with my money & my time.

After I showed them my screenshots of all my action with sports & the casino, they shut the f*** up and I got an apology. This was a few days ago I completed my rollover the next day. Now I got some other lady telling me that I haven’t completed the rollover so they’re not on the same page over there & my request for withdrawal was rejected.
