You and your wife have a very tasteful, healthy palate. Which I can appreciate in my 40s.
Whenever we go wine tasting at some fancy-shmancy place, if they have a flatbread appetizer like that - we always get it. Wife loves like fig & goat cheese, or blue cheese with walnuts & a balsamic glaze drizzle. $#!T’S Awesome.
