Picked up Kentucky +10.5 @ .42 cents

Closed 1/2 of this postion for .76 cents @ a 80.95% profit.

Sold the other half of this position for .92 cents.

Never mind, these did not fill

I’m stuck in this other half position

The other half of the Kentucky +10.5 settled for 1.00 @ a 138.1% profit.

The position closed for an avg of .88 cents @ a 109.5% profit.

Wanted to post the whole thing here. This isn't the first time I thought I filled and rushed to post, there's always a rush to post, and either half or none hit.

This time it worked out. It's hectic enough LIVE trading but at the moment of trading being the time the connection drops is just too much.

This is also an issue. I wanted to get in on Wisconsin for that early bump, which came, but trading two games is nearly impossible when I'm scalping bullish one, like Kentucky.

So I have to choose where I'm going to pull money, meaning I have to turn money down. or not dip into some puddles.

Even trading one game and monitoring the markets is enough, rushing to post is a lot on the plate.

This can be worked around if I just LIVE stream. Not to mention I can be talking about strategy, psychology, etc., and not have to type it. Even then, I'm so busy during the LIVE markets that I don't get information like that out.

Or I do it at midnight like last night.

So a case for streaming is there. But how would it work? I spend a lot of time just watching, would I turn on when I think I have a play, you never know when one will pop up.

So it must be a continuous stream.

Hmmmm.

Maryland was a consideration, but a true longshot. I think Michigan will fail, but maybe not until later.

Fukk, Wisconsin beat Illinois and I was so busy fukking with Kentucky Trading that I missed it at the Desk. There was an early bump, missed that, even some moneyline movement.

That appetite for an UPSET is almost satisfied.

There is a potential scenario where Nebraske beats Purdue AND UCLA beats Michigan St.

We are gaming it out out now. The LAB should have news for the Trader soon.

I'm up early, with a sharp play.

The Trader must proceed with caution. I do not want to feel compelled to go in late to get something back.

We've learned that lesson this week, and I'm not going to relapse.

I will proceed, but only with the best , most tradeable ideas and trading plans.

We're in that stage where I gain a lot of information by watching, not by diving in and hoping it plays out a certain way.

There is too much uncertainty to go in now. I will continue in the lab and check back in in about 45 minutes.

Boy there a lot of choices here.

I actually put orders in for 1/2 a position in UCLA +5.5, but I don't think I'll hit the price I want. I couild work it inot the .50-.52 range and fill, but I'm holdin off on that.

Also considering Nebraska on the +6.5 and possibly the +3.5.

I need to slow my roll here though, there really are a lot of choices, Iowa St was one, and I didn't take it, they are up14-2.

So my paper play is up and I have all kinds of good options in front of me. There's a confidence here with that play up and it's just like this system to try to exploit that confidence.

A lot of choices and indications that my choices could be right can and will lead to an overconfidence considering the plays aren't necessarily all that clear, mostly because there are so many options.

The market wants to suck me back in and is giving me confidence to do so.

We are in a situation where I could fire away, as if in the sportsbook, and be pretty confident that a loss here would be recouped later.

Lab analysis shows that if Michigan St does advance, and in fact covers the spread, there will be a future bet to take, with lines coming into range.

So I could take the play now, if it fails hit it again later.

That works, and is a reasonable way to navigate the markets, but this thread needs the winner. It might be better for the Trading desk to hold off on the first play and if that paper play loses, be there for the next spot.

If tonight's paper play wins, I will just need to remind myself that there will always be more opportunity. Games come every day.

So in the end there is the need for discipline here, but what this post is really about is patience.

Can't believe I'm not in anything right now.

Some beautiful set ups, but everything is not clear cut. Again, one of the reasons is that there are so many options, scenarios, or two pick or more parlays, that can all play out a few different ways.

Not so sure much will change as info comes in but I certainly wouldn't trust any scoreboard I see right now. They will look different in just a few minutes. That is something the Trader can capitalize on, but not when there are so many moving targets.

Hard enough to pick a target, much less hit it.

And the consequences of missing can be severe...

Moneyline is 50-50.

Right before half Zona went up 35-34 then hit another bucket and made it 37-34. The half ended with Iowa St up 43-37.

That was Zona's only lead.

Tempted to get Zona on the moneyline.

Zona now up 64-61 and that moneyline went from .50 cents to .78 cents.

My timing, whether I buy the play or not, seems to be pretty good. Almost every play gets a bump, even if it is small or shortlived.
